I Pledge: To provide the best possible service to our Customers, and to use only the highest quality parts.
To prepare accurate estimates for all service jobs; and to never charge more than that original estimate.
To continue focused effort to make sure we “fix it right the first time”; to make every reasonable effort to meet all anticipated completion times.
To communicate the status of all vehicles in the process of repair every 72 business hours.
To quality check all requested repairs on all vehicles.
