Service Advisor

We are looking to hire another Service Advisor to assist customers with their service needs. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, providing great customer service and possess strong multi-tasking skills then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The service writer facilitates service transactions between the customer and the service department. An effective service writer assures the overall customer experience by coordinating the transaction, managing and tracking the customers vehicle throughout the entire service visit to assure a successful service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of the following skills:

Job duties entail

  • Taking phone calls and scheduling service appointments
  • Providing estimates for service work and accessory installation
  • Writing repair orders
  • Maintaining records for all service work performed.
  • Communicating with technicians to track work being performed and providing customers with updates.
  • Coordinating with the Parts department to insure service and recall parts are in stock for scheduled repairs.

  • Scheduling service work (via in-person, telephone, email)
  • Properly updating/communicating customer job status (follow-up progress of repair order)
  • Ensuring timely work completion by service technician as promised to customer
  • Preform incoming vehicle check in/deliveries
  • Prepare service invoice, and explain service invoice to customer (compare final invoice with original repair order)
  • Thoroughly explain charges to customer for repairs
  • Verify warranty status of each unit and determine if unit has any outstanding recalls or bulletins


Service Technician

We are looking for an eager and willing to learn technician to operate on Motorcycles, ATV's, PWC's, SxS's, and Snow Mobiles.

Required skills are a willingness to learn, strong abilities to focus, able to complete work in an allotted time, work in a team atmosphere, with a respect and mind to safety. An attention to detail will pay off as well. An applicant must have diagnosing abilities.

Floor Manager

  • Must be capable of leading a team of 6 – 9 sales personnel.
  • Hands-on desking, structuring, closing deals, and overcoming objections
  • Manages vehicle inventory, appraisals and reconditioning
  • Must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the sales process
  • Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities

Sales Representative / Specialist

Service Writer

Mosites Motorsports is looking to hire a new service writer to join the continually growing team. The service writer facilitates service transaction between the customer and the service department. An effective service writer assures the overall customer experience by coordinating the transaction, managing and tracking the customers vehicle throughout the entire service visit to assure a successful service delivery. D uties include tracking repairs, scheduling technicians, and processing warranties. He/ She oversees scheduling of all service appointments as well as assigning work to available repair staff.

Applicants should possess great customer service skills. Candidates should be patient, organized and be able to handle customer requests and/or complaints.
