WHAT IS THE PAMSP / MSF / MSA?
The PAMSP is the Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program. It is a tax-payer funded program that provides rider education programs accross the state through two main organizations: The Motorcycle Safety Academy, provided by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, as well as another organization called Total Control.
Mosites Motorsports teaches the MSF / MSA curriculum.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS I NEED TO TAKE TO EARN MY MOTORCYCLE LICENSE, AKA A MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT?
Pennsylvania has two main pipelines:
1- Without the utilization of the PAMSP:
A- Recieve your permit through the DMV by taking the Pennsylvania Motorcycle Permit Test.
B- Gain general riding experience on a motorcycle and low-speed practice.
C- Pass your Motorcycle License test through the DMV.

2- By taking an MSF/MSA or Total Control Basic RiderCourse (BRC):
A- Recieve your permit through the DMV by taking the Pennsylvania Motorcycle Permit Test. More information and links to the Practice Test phone app can be found here.
B- Sign up for a Basic RiderCourse. For the MSA/MSF Sign Up Here. For Total Control sign up here. Navigate to your location, find date availablity, and attend the course. If classes are filled check back regularly as the schedule is regularly updated.
C- Attend and fully complete the Basic RiderCourse, where after successful completion you will recieve your "license" in the form of a signed and stamped card that fits within a wallet.
D- When PA is able to you'll recieve documents in the mail instructing you to head to your local DMV where you'll have the required government documents allowing your physical PA issued Drivers License to be re-printed.
